Custom Orders & Final Sale
At Shib Shib Shop, every item is custom-made to order specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your custom order. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace it at no cost to you.
To report an issue:
- Please contact us at support@shibshibshop.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
- Once we verify the issue, we will process a replacement for the same item.
Cancellations
Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has entered the production phase, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
