Yes! Every item is custom-made specifically for you. Because our pieces are made to order, we can accommodate specific sizing requirements once final measurements are confirmed
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once an item enters production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Orders take 1–2 working days to process, followed by a standard production timeline of 10–30 working days. Once shipped, international delivery via DHL or EMS typically takes 7–10 working days
Yes, we offer worldwide standard shipping at a flat rate of $65 USD. We also offer Express Production and Shipping for $90 USD if you need your dress sooner.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes applied by their destination country. These charges are usually collected by the carrier (DHL/EMS) at the time of delivery.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items.
